the added unique element is truly placing the participant at the heart of all systems, people and business design.

The initial stages of engagement are well defined - we will always begin with a detailed, thorough and no-obligation meeting, usually prefaced with a preparation phone or video call to ensure we begin the voyage
of discovery in the right manner.

These steps enable me to understand where the business currently is at the hopes, dreams and aspirations for the business as well as any identified and/or anticipated barriers. In doing so it provides a broad, detailed and rich context for inferences and insights to be drawn,
in addition to assisting in the design and agreement for our strategy
and next steps which will be presented to you in a series of proposals and recommendations.

Whilst our approach is rooted in each engagement is unique and personal to the organisation most new clients engage in a short term fixed contract with defined objectives and timelines. Where the future takes us is then for further discussion and agreement.
