Aspire & Grow have consulted to Empowering Abilities Together since May 2020. Initially we were engaged to assist with creating and implementing organisational systems in pursuit of NDIS registration.

Fast forward 18 months and the services Aspire & Grow provide to Empowering Abilities Together are ever increasing and far more broad than achieving NDIS registration.

Services include:

• Recruitment strategy, Induction and ongoing Continuous Professional Development

• NDIS compliance processes and procedures

• Streamlining CRM and Accounting systems to enhance cashflow and forecasting whilst removing administration

• Business systems including introduction of eSignatures, CRM databases, Risk Assessments and telephony management services

• Strategic Business advice and consultation to enhance growth organisational growth

• Third party investigation and management of complaints, feedback ad incidents

 

What started as an initial 4 week consultation has developed into an ongoing General Management contract where the two organisations are culturally aligned and now designing systems and products to deliver enhanced  services to the NDIS industry and it's participants.
