Case Study - No Limitts

No Limitts engaged Aspire & Grow's services to assist with renewal of their NDIS Registration onto the new National NDIS Quality and Safguards Framework in July 2021. 

No Limitts is a Charitable Foundation providing a vast client base with a diverse range of needs and locations spread across a large WA geography. 

 

Due to a change in personnel the initial scope of contract was to complete a gap analysis of existing processes and procedures and review against the National Framework including a written report to enable No Limitts to successfully navigate the renewal process.

In completing a thorough gap analysis, coupled with Andrew's business background and ability for spotting opportunities for organisational improvement a series of recommendations were also able to be provided  which focused on growth, removal of waste and organisational costs.

 

These included:

  • Creation and introduction of a NDIS compliant CRM database removing administration, improving organisational efficiency, reducing cost and providing a single source of truth for the organisation

  • Match NDIS and SafeWork requirements so the organisation is able to remove duplication and administration whilst achieving safety best practice

  • Introduction of evidence based systems that live operationally in the field

  • Improved work/life balance for existing employees
